Christmas present for you dears ^^
the director's cut is ~32min longer than the theatrical release. lots of new and extended scenes, including the climatic beach scene XD it's not just the extra scenes, but also the music and the editing. anyways, enjoy ^^

there's a lot of extras on Disc 3 of the Special Edition. they mostly are making ofs and stage greetings, but there's deleted scenes and a rehearsal of the fire dance. the two audio commentaries has Jun and the others talking about the events.

i seem to be in a meme mood XD

my taste is quite boring and mainstream i have to admit ^^; i only really like 2 genres hahaha. i like songs more than artists most of the time, so i'm actually pushing songs, not artists =P and no Arashi for obvious reasons XD
Linkin Park [Nobody's Listening] - i used to be so into Linkin Park in my angst phase (this was before "emo" was cool). the lyrics perfectly fits how i felt during my teenage years ^^; i loved the music, minimal yet dramatic and emphatic. Meteora is my favourite Linkin Park album because it's so well constructed.
The Fray [Over My Head (Cable Car)] - i adore this song; it's got such a nice melody and i love the lyrics, which are very well written. apparently it didn't do too well here, but it was a smash in the US. *shrugs*
Switchfoot [This is Home] - first heard this song at the end of Prince Caspian, and i have to say i fell in love with it at first hearing. it's perfect nostalgia set to mellow rock. ok it made me cry damnit.
OneRepublic [Say (All I Need)] - i saw OneRepublic perform [Apologize] live and it was amazing. however i love this song the best on the album. once again, the lyrics were the thing that drew me to this song, but the music was what sealed it. ethereal rock coupled with sweet lyrics make this song memorable.
Maroon 5 [Wake Up Call] - awesome song this one. i saw this live too and homg it was good (not as good as that awesomely extended [This Love] though.) the tongue in cheek lyrics are what makes this song so cool - it tells a story, and the music adds an ironic vibe to the song. the music video is pretty awesome too. "Is his heart still beating?" XD
WAG [Don't Look Back Again] - this song was the opening for Saiyuki Reloaded Gunlock. i love awesomely rock songs like this one. and it fits the series perfectly with the music fitting the tone, and the lyrics suiting the themes.
L'Arc-en-Ciel [READY STEADY GO] - i do like them but not enough to follow them religiously like i do Arashi or even Ayumi. i do love this song though, and not just coz it's the opening to one of my favourite animes ever. catchy melody and i love the rhythm of the song. so damn hard to play on Ouendan though >< and from TETSU69, the bassist, [TIGHTROPE]. also a Saiyuki song ^^; but dark and i LOVE the lyrics to this song. "I know it's selfish, but I can't stop myself/Can I love you? Can I stay here with you?"
mihimaru GT [気分上々↑↑] - ok, i didn't really like mihimaru GT coz i first heard [I SHOULD BE SO LUCKY] which is partially a cover of Kylie's old song. i couldn't get over the engrish and hated it, even though the other parts were ok. but then i found this song through Taiko DS 1 and Ouendan 2 and loved it. awesome melody, catchy lyrics, and understated rap, although the girl's voice can get annoying at times.
Morning Musume [Say Yeah!～もっとミラクルナイト～] - ok, i fell into Morning Musume with the 10th anniversary stuff that was going around at the end of last year ^^; it was [Renai Revolution 21] that was so catchy i couldn't get rid of it, but when i had to download a Best Of album to get [Koi no Dance Site] (it's also in Ouendan) i found this one. it's too catchy ^^;
Ayumi Hamasaki - i think she's pretty well established so no need for me to push her. however i do love the remixes that comes out every now and then. even though some of them aren't so great, there are some really good ones like the [Beautiful Fighters] remix that came out this year. electric dance with unapologetic pop and a rather long guitar riff.
this song doesn't have an artist so... =P
One Winged Angel - more specifically, the Advent Children version. (i still hear magic cheese with the old one ^^;) it is the most awesome blend of orchestra and electrorock. dramatic and dark, this song has no boring bits. even the Latin vocals add to the theatrical drama of it all.
despite listening to all these songs, thanks to watching the latest ep again, i have September stuck in my head now. i need to find a download for it or something. damn you Elite Beat Agents Himitsu no Arashi-chan director

1) Charmed
2) The OC - Seth Cohen. sarcastic humour once again, and well, i really did think he was cute ^^
3) Heroes - Hiro. seriously, the guy is too cute to pass over. i want to squish him XD
4) House - House. yeah, coz he's House lols. i love his sharp wit and his twisted nature. and he reminds of me of Sherlock Holmes, whom i thought was so awesome when he was on a deduction roll.
5) NCIS - McGee. not particularly good-looking but definitely adorkable <3 he's so cute and nerdy XD
6) Supernatural - Dean. he's so sexy and once again, the wit and one liners slay me. hahaha even just thinking of him gives me palpitations.
yeah procrastination is fun ^^
a small tribute.
and it wasn't just coz it was a Shakespeare movie.
