regarding neighbours
i tend to go through my neighbourhood and add neighbours at the end of the month. neighbourhood adds are postponed indefinitely. if you would like me to add you, it's usually only after i see what you're like or get to know you a bit better. there is a screening process that i go through, and i am less likely to add you if i cannot see any entries. it helps if you comment on the meagre offerings i have here ^~ i know i'm not around that much, but i do wander by once in a while. mostly, it's just my personal posts that are locked. uploads so far are open for all. uploads are now locked within 24 hours or at my discretion.
i will not add people i do not know. this means if i cannot see any entries and you don't comment, i can't see what you're like, and will not add you.
so feel free to add away, just remember that i'm not going to add you back immediately.
