i will not be able to reply to comments or answer requests commencing now.
however i need to know if something is wrong.
please only report problems with actual links (wrong link, expired link, deleted link, missing link etc), not with downloading or joining the files. PLEASE READ THE FAQ, especially #7, #8 and #9. i have complied a list of tips that may also help.
