Starting from below:
5th - Nino -Techou o tsuketeiru
While using a notebook. (The Arashi Diary - the pink notebook shown =D). I only understand a bit but but Nino said that when he was using he was eating, and practicing his magic at the same time =P..
4th - Sho-kun - Kaban no naka ga kitanai
Inside of his big is dirty. =D
3th - Matsujunn >< - Asa, okinai.
Doesn't wake up in the morning.. Sho-kun said when stayed together in a ryokan ( a Traditional Japanese style hotel ) Jun-kun was the only one who didn't come out. Jun said sorry and said that he was unprepared back then =D..
2nd - Riidaa - Purezento o wasurete kaeru
Riidaa forgot to bring back a present..O.o
1st- Aiba-chan XD - Toire o nagaranai
He forgot to flush the toilet.. He said that he's done it 3 times already!!

The 2ND CHART is Top 5 ranking for "Sukebe to omou hito" which is the Top 5 person who they think is sukebe (sukebe means perverted/ecchi) =p..
Unfortunately I don't understand most of them because they seems unrelevant or it might be that I've made some mistakes in understanding it. T__T gomenn
5th - Riidaa -Monmon to shinai
I don't understand what this means TT___TT..
4th - Nino - Muttsuri
It means a quiet person (muttsuri)
3rd - Aibaa-chann - Kanzen na Danshi
It means a healty young boy.
2nd - Jun-kun - Fukurotoji o shita te ni akeru
fukurotoji is a double-leaved sack/pouch like the black one shown there.
1st - Sho-kun - Zasshi o mite
It means looking at magazine. Maybe the way he looks at magazines??
