so yes, it's August and i'm feeling generous ^^ a prize to the person with the most points! it's a mixture of me and Arashi and there's easy questions and hard questions =P the point of this is not to win, but to learn more about Arashi and to have fun!

here's the answers XD most of them could probably be found by Google, and the others with some poking around in my vox.

1. Who is my favourite member and why?
Jun - his personality is the type that i like. That is, a cool aura but a softie on the inside. Many many characters/people i've liked before are this type. That's why Jun will always be my ichiban no matter how much i don't want to be associated with the n00bs.

2. Which song has an unreleased PV?
Subarashiki Sekai - it was filmed, but not released officially in full, unlike Fight Song (on the CxDxG DVD) and ALL or NOTHING (on the DVD). There was about a minute of it shown on Taiwanese TV and it was seen in some CMs, but that's the most anyone has ever seen of it.

3. Which Arashi member to date has not shown their skill with a musical instrument?
Ohno. Aiba has saxophone and guitar; Jun did taiko drums for 24 Hour TV in 2004; Nino's piano and guitar skills are well documented; Sho played piano but is probably a little rusty now lols.

4. a) Whose concert solo was originally a group song? What was the song?
Aiba - Yasashikutte Sukoshi Baka
    b) Whose solo ended up being a group song? What was the song?
Nino -  Rakuen/Fight Song (would have also accepted I WANT SOMEBODY though technically not a solo, but it was deemed Jun's song).

5. Name two skills i acquired as a result of being in the fandom.
Er, many - I used to be so ignorant XD Ripping and encoding, making gifs, subbing etc.

6. What show is VS Arashi part of? What is the other part of the show?
[Vanilla Kibun] is the show VS Arashi is part of, and the first half of the show is Go! Go! Sata (マツケン・今ちゃん・オセロのGO!GO!サタ). Mago Mago Arashi was also part of Vanilla Kibun.

7. When did they start their own radio shows?
Jun, Nino, Ohno and Sho started their own solo radio shows in 2002, in first week of October (2002.10.01-05). Yes, all within days of each other. Except Aiba, who started a year earlier (2001.10.05).

8. Which Arashi song is a must sing at karaoke for me?
Love so sweet - always sing it even if it means going solo =P

9. What song is this line from?

10. Ogura-san wasn't the first ojichan (50+ years old) to work with Arashi in their variety shows. Who was the first and what show was he in?
Kitarou-san, in Arashi no Waza-ari. He was also in Maou, as the scapegoat in the first episode.

11. What is the airdate of Aiba's first Tensai! Shimura Doubutsuen episode?
He first appeared on 2004.04.08, but 2004.07.22 is the airdate of his first episode, where he actually became part of the regular lineup.

12. Jun used to host a show that changed its title several times. Name all of them.
Minna no Terebi (ミンナのテレビ), Utawara Hot Hit 10 (歌笑HOTヒット10), Utawara (ウタワラ)

and that's just some of them. Yes, a lot of things annoy me.

18. What colour is my DS?
Ice/baby blue. My friends gave me it for my birthday, and they got blue when they heard it was Nino's colour.

19. Arashi once promoted an album on Music Station. What was the album and what song was it? For bonus points, give the reason why this was done.
The album was [One], and the song [Lai-Lai-Lai]. [One] was released after the tour had started, so they needed to promote it more in order to get people interested in both the tour and the CD.

20. I have three fetishes that the Arashi members fulfill. Describe them.
Left-handedness (Nino) - I immediately like anyone who is lefthanded. It makes me squee.
Piercings (Sho, Aiba) - I find it sexy, if it's done tastefully. Overdone, no.
Megane/glasses (Ohno, Jun, Nino) - guys in glasses are so cute. 'Nuff said.

21. Which photobook is not being reprinted and why?
[in a rush] isn't being reprinted because it was published under a different company (MAGAZINE HOUSE, Ltd.) from the ones that are being reprinted (M.Co.).

There's plenty of them, mostly from the CxDxG no Arashi days (NTV). The narrator, Kobayashi Kiyoshi, has been narrating since C no Arashi. Director Hino was arrested in the first Ni no Arashi and appeared in AnS to explain the anti-gravity experiments. The guy who was forced to eat the super-hot curry in AnS ep98? He's been with them since G no Arashi (air guitar). Producer Hamada used to be roped into various experiments in A no Arashi and scared Ohno in a Ni no Arashi.

We have infamous tempers and can be DoS, we're hopeless romantics, and we're perfectionists. There's probably more ^^;

33. Why does Nino have my respect?
He is willing to do whatever it takes to achieve his goals, and whatever he puts his mind to, he masters.

34. What do i find particularly endearing about Ohno?
His facial expressions, when he actually makes them XD His blank and out of it face is cute, and his smiles make me smile.

35. What is the sexiest thing to me about Sho?
His brain. Yeah, I find smart people sexy, and most of the things that make me swoon (like suits and writing raps etc) relate back to his brain. His nice body doesn't hurt though lols.
